Tel: 020 8659 6327 DebatingUsing drama techniques and some of the principles of LAMDA, Caboodle offers workshops that help implement and teach debating techniqes in a fun and stimulating way. These skills enable pupils to present their own views in a mature manner. The ability to explain your position on a subject in a thoughtful way, being respectful of others' opinions can have far-reaching effects in both social and work environments. Difficult situations can be diffused or averted.We teach pupils how to listen and respond, both to words and body language, and how to use their own body language to good effect. Public SpeakingWe teach LAMDA skills in public speaking, examining techniques such as breat control, diction, confidence, characterisation, presentation and performance.Good presentation techniques can help pupils in their academic achievements, in job interviews and within the workplace. Again, we look at body language; how to put yourself across confidently, how not to let nervousness show and how to read the reactions of your audience. Return from
