Performing ArtsWorkshops, led by two professional artists, focus on the three main aspects of theatre and the performing arts - drama, dance & singing skills. Usually ‘themed’, they offer inspiring and challenging opportunities for all pupils. Tutors will nurture and fine tune creative input from the participants to produce a piece of devised theatre.SingingChoose from a range of musical styles - Musical Theatre, Gospel, Choral or Popular. Pupils learn about breath control, voice control & refinement, relaxation techniques, harmonizing, presentation and performance.DanceCourses and workshops are available in a wide range of dance styles - Ballet, Ballroom, Hip Hop. Street, Jazz, African, Bhangra, Contemporary and Line to name a few! All workshops are designed to introduce pupils to new skills, improve on existing skills and stimulate their own creative thoughts on choreography. Dance workshops are not only great for improving general fitness, they are also a fantastic tool to help improve co-ordination, spatial awareness, mental functioning, confidence, creativity, relieve stress and improve posture.Return from
