Single facilitated creative story telling and writing
The telling of the story involves pupils playing the role of certain characters, bringing the story to life. They are encouraged to use their imagination and problem solving abilities to develop characters and relationships more fully to enable them to solve the murder.As with The Pirate, the mystery will be left with open ends for pupils to work through within follow-on writing workshops which encourage the pupils to come to their own conclusions to solve the mystery, justifying their reasoning. Suitable for: Key Stage 2 Curriculum In addition to contributing directly to the English curriculum, both these pieces will help in the work of delivering Creativity across the Curriculum.
